Our Services

We provide a service in which we connect consumers with companies known to offer compensation to mystery shoppers. We do so via an online directory. This is our service, in full, and no other service or product will be provided. We do not hire mystery shoppers directly, nor do we guarantee employment.

Refund Policy

If after becoming a member you find there are no companies in your area that you are able to apply to, we will gladly refund your money. Simply fill out our contact form by clicking here to initiate your refund.

User Conduct

User is responsible for all use of User’s account (including screen name and password) and e-mail address, if applicable. User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the security of User’s passwords. User agrees that all the information posted or accessed will be used only for User’s personal and internal purposes. User may use downloaded material only for User’s personal, internal use. User will not make any unauthorized use of the Site, or any interactive features available on the Site, or disseminate or make publicly available any of the information available on the Site. User may not engage in any conduct or action that is prohibited by law or violates any country, federal, state or local laws.

Corporate Identification and Trademarks

All registered and/or unregistered trademarks and/or service marks used or referred to on the Site are the property of GetPaidToShop.com, unless otherwise noted below. Indemnification

Governing Law

This Agreement and the relationship between User and GetPaidToShop.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or relating to use of the Site and the material contained on the Site shall be resolved in federal or state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Waiver/Severability

The waiver by either party of a breach or right under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or right. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Reservation of Rights

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
